2. Qualifications

Any person who plans to go to underdeveloped countries for at least 2 years as a staff of an international NGO or Related Organization with following qualifications

a.

Have a bachelor's degree from a 4 year college or expected candidate

b.

Have an equivalent academic qualification to a 4 year college acknowledged by law

3. Screen Method

1. Interview and Oral Examination: 50%

Interview Subject: Personality and Serving Spirit 50%, Aptitude 50%
